Return and Refund Policy

At Kristie's Classroom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Contact sales@kristiesclassroom.org for RMA # for your item(s).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2 days.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@kristiesclassroom.org.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products, and gift cards.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
